VALENTINES Q&A WITH THE LOVER OF LOVE
Filming this video came at the most perfect, spontaneous timing. I didn't plan on filming for a little while, but the only moment that worked for everyone ended up being a next-day shoot. I hadn’t planned any questions at all, but what felt like such intended timing is that the week of filming (before I knew it would be that week) I’d been reflecting lots on relationships and I had so many questions about love. When I sat down to write the questions everything came so naturally.
I decided to edit this video in a Q&A style that shows the questions because I think they can be powerful thoughts to ponder on. I’ve written the questions (plus some extras) at the bottom of this page - questions that I’ve been thinking lots about - in case anyone else wants to reflect too.
QUESTIONS I’VE BEEN REFLECTING ON…
What was the first example of ‘love’ you recognised as a child?
How have your parent’s relationship influenced your understanding or perception of love?
What does love look/feel like to you? Who/What has influenced this understanding?
What negative beliefs/thought patterns do you have about love?
What does love that’s free from these beliefs look like? How can you cultivate this?
"Love is a verb"... What does this statement mean to you?
What is something you're learning about love?
Finish the sentence: "Love is..."
Give an example of love that inspires you
